IHG Hotels & Resorts signed a deal to bring the Kimpton brand to Natai Beach, with the new Kimpton Phang Nga Natai Beach scheduled to open in 2028.

Natai Beach and the Kimpton Experience

Travelers often choose Natai Beach to stay near Phuket International Airport (HKT) while avoiding the crowds in Patong. The Phang Nga coastline is more secluded. The Kimpton Phang Nga Natai Beach provides a lifestyle-focused experience. The brand is known for social spaces and a relaxed atmosphere rather than formal luxury. This expansion helps IHG compete with Marriott and Hyatt for travelers who want design-led accommodations in Southeast Asia. Most travelers reach this area via a short drive from Phuket. The province features limestone cliffs and expansive beaches.
