Hilton Announces 2026 Hilton Honors Points Contest

Travel advisors can win up to 250,000 Hilton Honors points through the new Hilton Honors points contest 2026. Learn how to enter and view the prize details.

Hilton has announced its 2026 Travel Advisor Appreciation Booking Incentive Contest. The promotion runs from May 1 through August 31, 2026. It offers global travel advisors the chance to win large amounts of Hilton Honors points.

Prize Tiers and Eligibility Requirements

Monthly prizes recognize entries from the previous month. The prize pool consists of one grand prize of 250,000 points, two awards of 100,000 points, and one award of 50,000 points. The 250,000-point grand prize is a high-value award.

To enter, travel advisors need a valid IATA, TIDS, ARC, TSI, CLIA, ERSP, SATO, or TRUE membership number. Reservations must go through approved channels. These channels are travelagents.hilton.com, Hilton.com, the Global Distribution System (GDS), or wholesalers. After a successful booking, advisors must submit their details via the official Hilton entry form. Multiple entries are allowed.

Hilton Honors Value and Comparison

Hilton Honors points have a value of approximately 0.5 to 0.6 cents each. This is lower than Hyatt points, which average 1.7 cents per point. However, Hilton has a larger global portfolio. Points are easy to accumulate through the Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card or the Hilton Honors American Express Card. Users can also transfer American Express Membership Rewards to Hilton Honors at a 1:2 ratio.

Hilton offers distinct advantages when compared to Marriott Bonvoy. Hilton provides uncapped free night certificates. Marriott certificates have limits. Hilton also offers a “Fifth Night Free” benefit on reward stays that use only points. These points work for various hotel tiers. Travelers can use them for luxury Waldorf Astoria stays or mid-scale Hampton properties.

Hilton’s Strategy for Professional Partners

This incentive reinforces relationships with the professionals who drive volume to Hilton’s 9,200 properties. “Travel advisors play a critical role in connecting travelers with our expansive global portfolio,” said John Ryan, vice president of Global Travel Partnerships at Hilton. Hilton rewards agents to ensure its brands remain a priority during the booking process. These brands are Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, DoubleTree, Hampton, and Embassy Suites. This program rewards the professionals who facilitate guest stays across the brand’s global network.

How to Participate

Multiple entries increase the chance of winning. The contest recognizes entries from the previous month, so advisors should submit bookings promptly. Advisors must ensure all bookings use the GDS, wholesalers, or the Hilton agent website. The contest ends on August 31, 2026.
